I am a qualified leadership coach and communications consultant with more than 20 years' experience in the media, charity and higher education sectors.

I have coached and mentored throughout my career and I am passionate about supporting others to take positive action and achieve their goals.
My career so far
My career began as a journalist where I discovered the power of storytelling and have since headed up departments, led teams through transformational change and survived working in communications during a global pandemic!
By building career resilience, being prepared to learn new skills and approaches, and developing focus and self-awareness, I have navigated these varied and challenging environments. I am now able to help others to embrace change and achieve clarity.
