Narrative coaching

We all use narratives to make sense of the world.

 

Powerful stories can capture the imagination and hold our attention.

 

Storytelling is an age old tradition to engage, pass on information, and to influence. Successful brands have strong narratives around what their products or services will give you.

 

As individuals we can create our own narratives about why things happen, not always grounded in fact or reality. We are bombarded with huge amounts of information which can be difficult to process.

 

By considering the language we choose and by being able to communicate clearly we are much more likely to cut through the noise.

Why narrative coaching?

 

I began my career as a journalist where I honed my storytelling skills. I have since delivered change programmes and worked in internal and corporate communications, with a focus on staff engagement.

 

I work with businesses who are going through transformational change (new strategy, organisational restructure) to prepare their leaders to communicate effectively and authentically so they can lead and inspire their teams to deliver results.
